How did I manage that??

Woke up this morning, to my left shoulder hurting so bad I can't move it without whimpering. It's been 8 hours already and it's still killing me! There's no visible thing to tell me why I am in pain, no bruising or swelling, nothing.

What could I possible have done to my poor arm in my sleep to make it hurt so bad? Pinched nerve? Doesn't feel like it. Pulled muscle? Maybe. Invisible evil elves, used me as a bunching bag? Also a maybe.

Anyways, just venting.

It rarely happens to me. Just makes me wonder what possition I was laying in that could hurt it so much?

sometimes you can sleep in a way where the muscle gets tight and then pushes down on the brachial plexus.  a massage/chiro appt would be best.  otherwise lots of moist heat!  google stretches for thoracic outlet syndrome and try them out.

Thank you, I'll definitely look into that. Because as of right now my dd is crying to be picked up and I can't even do that :(
