Shark or Dyson?

Planning on buying a new vacuum. Debating between the Shark and the Dyson. We have two cats, one is a long hair.

I have the dyson animal. It's amazing!!!! I have wasted too much money on cheap brands just for them to have little power and break within a year.

Same we have 2 golden retrievers and this vacuum is awesome

I have tried so many sharks and they were all awful. I honestly think they don't even compare to a dyson at all! The ONLY shark I like is my handheld dust buster type...... However if I could I probably would have bought the dyson handheld too.

I have a dyson and have had it for about 5 years. It's great!

I've had my dyson animal for 10 yrs. still a great machine.
