At the risk of sounding like a total asshat....I have special eyes.
There I said it.

Really though....where?
I order mine from my optician's office. Waaaay too expensive.
Have you found a cheap solution? Is 1-800-CONTACTS a reliable and frugal choice?

Yup, I usually pay about $100 a year for the exam, then take the script to walmart. this year I have eye coverage on my insurance so it will be a bit cheaper.
I only up date my glasses every couple of years as long as my prescription hasn't changed.

You have to have a prescription though right?

Even though I work for target, I get them from walmart... I like being able to buy them straight off the shelf and not wait for them to be ordered. -
I was getting mine from the eye doctor, but damn..I paid 70.00 for 2 boxes(1 for each eye, I have a different prescription for each eye).
go to walgreens.com I just checked mine there..and going to order. I'll pay like $41.58 w/ free shipping for 2 boxes!!
I love Walgreens :)
