hmmm - I wonder why mine won't play. It's saying the connection is lost but I have connection to everything else - I can play the radio and I'm online. Rhapsody will just play a few notes of a song and then stop and give me that error message. Ugh!
I finally figured out how to reach them and had a chat with their customer service rep. he said:
