Do YOU get enough sleep? Do your kids? If not, what keeps you from getting the sleep you need?
For a while there I was only getting 3-4 hours because I would wake up and couldnt get back to sleep due to "racing mind/thoughts", but thanks to coffea cruda I am now back up to 7-8 hours.
My kids are good sleepers. They get 8-9 on school nights, more on weekends.
