I did a list of 12 goals to accomplish each month and I was about 90% successful with that..so I think I'll do that again this year rather than one or two huge New Year's Resolutions.
My goals last year were to lose 30 lbs, graduate, and stop procrastinating.
I've lost 20 lbs, graduated 4 months later than planned, and have gotten a lot better about not procrastinating with important things.
I've never made a New Year's resolution so keep or break... lol
I just decided to try to be healthier. I have lost a few pounds but not too much (working on it, for lfe!)
i made one to stop biting my nails. its been 5 years and i have beautiful strong nails. i give myself a manicure once a week and a french tip in difference colors.
YES! i vowed to lose weight and get toned and i did it :) still doing it, actually.
