I am soo confused about Rick talking on the phone to his dead wife?? What was that about? Was he hallucinating, and if so, who was the male on the phone as well??

It sounded like everyone that had passed away. He was going crazy trying to deal with his wifes death and that was how he dealt with it and moved on to be able to hold his daughter.

This, he pretty much finally broke down after having to hold it together for so long and after so much.

I see... thank you everyone. Me and my DH was a bit confused at that part.. i really thought he was getting calls from some random group of people, then it started becoming his wife, and I thought "she is still alive, what?"
