When my oldest was in kindergarten he lost his tooth at recess and couldn't find it. He was devastated and thought the "toof fairy" wouldn't come visit him, so I had him write a note to her to put under his pillow instead.
He got a little greedy and put in a request for an electric train on the back, which he did NOT get :)

This was my mother's day card from my first grader last year. When I asked him to tell me about the picture on the front, he said:
Well, it's a big honkin' bowl of wasabi, a carrot, an apple, bear tracks and a bee.
Cause nothing says "Happy Mother's Day" like a big honkin' bowl of wasabi.

Oldest dd's "advice to Santa" letter from last Christmas. She knows he isn't real, so instead of asking him for something, she thought it would be best to send advice instead. LOL

Youngest dd already thanking Santa BEFORE he brought her presents. Someone REALLY wanted her gifts!! So cute!
