sexually assualted children

if children were sexually assaulted by children who they attend school with... this didn't happen at the school.. but they attend an extremely small school district.....what are our rights in terms of the school district, contact, changing school systems... etc... advice greatly appreciated.

 You have the right to raise hell. You have the right to keep your child safe, you have the right to remove your child from the school, you ahve the right to inform the school of the incident, you have the right to do nothing, you have the right to keep other peoples children safe.
