HELP! My Rosemary Bush is drying out!

I water the bush and I wait. Am I watering it too much or too little? What could I be doing wrong???

Does the soil get completely dry between waterings? I'm wondering if it's root rot.

Do I need to let it dry out between waterings ?? I let it dry out. I seem to have bad luck with Rosemary.

Is it turning brown?  If so.....try some Epsom Salt, around the trunk, then water.  It will fix if that is the problem.
