Freeze Drying

Does anyone freeze dry?  What machine/process do you use?

Try this link:  http://preparedforthat.com/how-to-freeze-dry-food-at-home/   It can be done at home, generally requires a vacuum chamber or dry ice, but can be done in the freezer alone.  I have never tried any of the methods and don't know anyone personally who does.
