Elementary School Kids
My 7 year old's face is breaking out like a teenager. Any ideas/suggestions? I don't want to use harsh cleansers on his skin.

I'm sorry I don't know. I would talk with his pedi first. They could recommend something or a dermatologist. -
I would try a very mild facial cleanser to start with. My youngest son uses Dove, which is very mild, due to his eczema.

We only use dove...When I have a break out I dab a lil calamine lotion on it, and wear it overnight...Always dries mine up...Not harmful to kids I dont think

I use cleansIng cloths on my eight year old. They are with the womens facial cleansers and mouturizers. There's some brands that arent harsh. It's easier to get him clean instead of fighting at the sink with the soap and water. -
A mild soap and water is the best. I would talk to your ped before you do anything else.

I agree with the other moms, talk to the pedi and maybe use a gentle soup.
