No but I be would afraid to be there in case the person who gifted me the sweater shows up in something I gave them. That would be awkward.

No, but I want to this year. I am having an open house on Saturday, but I would love to turn it into an Ugly Sweater party.

No I did not know a ugly sweater party exist.

No but I am intiating one this year....my SIL has Christmas Eve dinner every year so I sent something to her and requested it be an ugly sweater/shirt dinner..she was all for it and thought it would be hillarious. I went to goodwill and found the ugliest sweater I could....came home and put it on (without telling my DH or 10 yr old DD what was going on)...my DH told me it was hideous and my DD literally screamed and then laughed at me. I learned two things that day 1) I can always cound on DH and DD to tell me the truth about "how do I look" and 2) mission accomplished.
I can't wait to see our family pictures. I have no doubt this is something we will always look back on and will be able to say "remember when"....
