I found this in a magazine. I altered it a bit to make it more hearty. It's a big hit at my house. Even the kids like it!
2 cans (or 1 family size) Cream of Chicken soup
1 lg can chicken
3 1/3 cups milk, divided
1 2/3 cups bisquick mix
pepper to taste
Combine carrots, celery, soup, chicken and 2 2/3 cup of milk to a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat. In a bowl combine Bisquick mix with remaining milk (2/3 cup). Drop by rounded table spoons onto simmering soup. Cook uncovered 10 min. Cover and cook another 10-12 min. longer until dumplings test done.
