Bought Metro PCS. Great. Probably why everyone I know with T-Mobile, phones are acting up. Ughhh...

Every phone has dead spots where you do not have service with any carrier.

deep south tx. but i figured it was because i have a 4g phone and down here there is no 4g service just 3g. the nearest 4g tower further north. at least thats what the tmobile guy told us

We had the same thing with Verizon a couple of days ago. They were upgrading towers so our data access kept turning on and off. Probably just T-Mobile getting everything on line with Metro and making any necessary upgrades.

I haven't had any problems that restarting phones didn't help (we all have smart phones, you have to restart them periodically).

Not recently, but I was having issues a couple weeks ago. I don't have a data plan though, and so I just use it fo calling and texting.
