Breastfeeding Moms
My daughter self weaned about a month and a half ago at 17 months which I was ok with and my milk supply was going down nicely. But I have noticed that my milk supply has recently increased to where it's getting very uncomfortable. So my question is, does anyone have an idea of how long it takes on average for your milk to dry up and has anyone else had this happen or know how to help my milk go away??

As long as a year.
Cabbage leaves in the bra will speed the process up.

It is usually at least 3 months before a woman stops lactating but I have heard of it taking much longer. But it should not be to the point that your getting engorged a month later. You might be getting uncomfortable because it's just now drying up but if it continues for too long or you get in to much pain or start feeling sick and have a fever with it I would would call the doctor just in case.

I'm going through the same right now and have been using the cabbage leaves for 2 days but has anyone heard of using sage tea and what does it do and does it work?
