My son drinks water, juice and some times soda.

 yes for DD1, no for DD2

DD2 started solids much earier than DD1 was willing to, and she drank water after she was a year old.

He drinks other liquids as well--water, some very diluted juice, occasionally almond milk if he wants some.

My dd gets water and some cows milk at the daycare. If we are eating out I'll let her sip a little from my straw if I have Sprite or something caffeine free. ( She loves straws!) She's 17 months.
