Saturday is Tulsa Step Out for Diabetes so I want to talk about it , diabetes and exercise this week in my groups. To get the discussion going I want to know if you ladies know when your Step ut is ? Yes Saturday Did you plan to take part this year ? No which is usual for my but we have been so busy with our project that I have not had much time for anything else.

No, sorry, haven't been to one. I don't know when they have one in my area.

Here is one in Phoenix , I am not sure of the date or where it is hold-ed , but Marie use to walk in it so I did no there is one. If anyone is interested in found out more for there area just pull up the American Diabetes Association and you will found a link to Step Out and under a place to post your city and it will come back with the nearest you to you.
