Can I take Maca root pills & Royal Jelly pills at the same time? Right now I am taking one 500mg pill of Maca a day & have recently heard about royal jelly - have any of you ladies had any experience with royal jelly or take the 2 at the same time? How much RJ should I take? Here is the maca that I am taking...

I have the same exact maca. I take 2 pills at once. I want to take 3, (the studies I have read used 1500mg) but for me that is too many pills to swallow. I don't know anything about royal jelly.

We have the same maca root too. SO and I take one capsule three times daily -
I take maca, best if taking 1500mg maca per day (3 pills) best if spread throughout the day. Ive even heard of 3000mg a day. i stick with the standard on the bottle though. And for RJ, i have no idea. GL!
