Too much?

So I'm sitting here writing out my birth story for my blog and I want to post pictures with it. I got tons of pictures, but I had a c-section. you cant see any lady bits,but you can see them pull my twins out and most of my pictures from birth are them covered in blood and most have my stomach in the shot, but you cant see the actual opening.  how much is too much?I don't want to post pictures and gross people out,but it's my birth story, so should it matter?
I'm just so "on the fence"about the whole thing, I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask!
