Chicken or Turkey

I an honestly a chicken person and I've never really favored turkey. I'm making chicken for thanksgiving this year. What do you ladies prefer and why? To me it's never really made a difference the type of bird.

We had it for 18 years of thanksgiving. Thanks last year we had chicken. The year before that turkey. The change is definitely nice.

It's weird but chicken seems to cook faster and soak in flavor more. That's why I prefer it too. Don't have to inject it with herbs, but I would still like to try it.

Really? I've heard people use it as a side for thanksgiving but never the main course. Interesting!
