this might be stupid but i really don't know i don't get sick very often yesterday day i woke up as around 10 i was exhausted i hadn't even done anything i started to shake really bad i feel really achey all over and i have a terrible headache i haven't had the chance to get my flu shot yet could this be the flu?

It's quite possible..
But I know when DS had the flu, his fever would spike to 105.. He was lethargic, didn't want to eat, drink, play, etc.. Just layed around or slept.. Head would pound, body ached..
And last time I had it, my equilibrium was off.. I would stand up and be dizzy.. I stayed dizzy..

It could be the flu sure...
It can also be exhaustion, or pregnancy. Lol!
