Any Ideas for Grandpa Father's Day?

I am a single parent, so I make things with my kids for my dad.

He works with the dept of transportation and loves to work with his hands. I would love to make something special for him with my kids, but am at a loss. I don't have alot of money to spend, but have alot of supplies already at home.

Any help?

how about a bird house or tee with handprints and drawing from the kids, a hat with their names, my neighbor made a key hook for her kids to give their father very simple cup hooks and a piece of molding, she found a piece in home depot scrap pile.
