Yesterday I did not exercise like I should have. I was having a bad day and was fighting bad thoughts so I just curled up on the couch and stayed there most of the day. However, I am feeling better today (not 100% but good enough) so I was able to get my workout done without it being like pulling teeth. However, since I already danced twice this week due to getting the wife Zumba I did Kinect Sports instead of Dance.

    I hate those days! Good for you for getting up and working out, most people wouldn't.
