    Very safe and has shown to increase brain activity in baby, decrease PPD symptoms. It's very good.

    Yup. But stay away from liver oils. The liver filters toxins, it's not a good idea to consume it (pregnant or otherwise, really).

    I took prim rose oil pills for the last few days to help soften the cervix. Should i stop taking them after birth.

    Very most doctors actually recommend them during pregnancy.

    Yes
    I usually only take when pregnant because i cant take ibuprofren...fish oil is an alternative for swelling

    Even cod liver oil? Or fermented cod liver oil? I was just reading that true fermented cod liver oil was an excellent source of vit d. And because I always test low, I was thinking about trying the fermented stuff.
