Our McD's has the calories listed ON the fries and burgers wrappers and all over the signs. My son was like mom I think this is strange, but personally I kinda like it.
WHat do you think? Do you think it will help people make healthier choices?

I'm happy they are doing but I don't eat there hardly ever. Lol -
I do like it though we don't eat there unless my mom includes a gift card in her packages. We don't pay to eat there, I guess.
I don't know that it'll help but it's a step in the right direction. -
I haven't eaten there in eight years (the summer after my freshman year in college I swore it off). I have been craving a burger from there though that I'm blaming on my pregnancy. I haven't given in though!
I do know I look at the calorie counts on the menu at Panera Bread. I always get a salad so no biggie but its interesting to see some sandwiches are 1,200 calories! -
We seldom go to McDonalds so have not been in to notice any difference, but I have been seeing some advertisements about this on this site. No idea if it will help others make healthier choices. We will continue to avoid McDonalds as much as possible and only go for the occcasional playdate, birthday party, or when traveling and there is nothing else around.

We ONLY went yesterday(had been MONTHS) because it was pouring rain and the kids really wanted to play lol.

i think the caloric count shown is from some usda law, i think.

I don't think the law is effective yet, but mcd's is doing a jump start on it. Make em look good I guess. Is it just calories or do they list fat and sodium too? -
Well it isnt realy a new change but it doesn't change my order there.

Well I guess its just new here because I asked the lady at the counter and shes said it was the first shipment of the fries bags that have the label
