When I take my Tigers on a "Go See It", do I have to get these approved through council even if all the parents/partners are there?

It does not go "live" until May 10. That is this Thursday.
Edited to add that even after this Thursday, you will only have access to the online Tour Plan if you are a registered leader in your unit.
Scout Parents, Tiger Adult Partners, the IH of the Charter Organization, and any other misc non-registered volunteers will not see the Tour Plan when they go into their MyScouting accounts.

I am a registered leader, or at least I should be. Maybe I just won't see the link until then.

There is no link to see until 05/10/12.
No one can use the program until then.
