    I don't have a smartphone but I used to be addicted to my cell years ago when I met my dh who was still living in England. I was on it probably 20 hours a day and just with him lol.

    I've tried to break the habit some by reducing the number of apps I use, but it's no use.

    Oh, and I think the other issue is that everyone expects us all to be available IMMEDIATELY and at ALL TIMES. It's like we have this feeling that the world will end if we don't answer a call, text or email right away. We forget the days of not having access to everyone all the time -- we had to be more patient and wait. Now it is all "NOW NOW NOW".

    Honestly, I don't have one, but my DH does and he is quite addicted. LOL

    Well, that explains why you kept saying you didn't have a smartphone & then talked about your iPhone!  Funny how we just assume people know the definitions of things.
