oh yes...love rice with bbq chicken. I actually pull my chicken off in pieces and then put a little sauce in my rice. Very yummy. What do you do with the cucumbers?

Sounds good. I've never had salmon before. Hubby won't eat and the kids won't. So we don't cook that in our house.

The cucumbers I just put salt on made them like spears. Sometimes I do vinegar not this time. It was good.

Love it but we are ending up having pizza I came home not feeling good...

It was actually the 1st time I ever made it. I don't care for it, but the family loved it. But, I don't really like fish anyway.

We had a rare treat of pizza. I make it at home sometimes, but we rarely eat restaurant meals, dine in or carry out because we live so far from town.
