Germany - 2005, 2006 We were visiting family for a couple of weeks.  Drove to France and Austria while we were there.

England - visited friends there in December of 1997.  Saw the Amsterdam airport on the way.

Farthest I've ever driven...vacation with the whole family last summer to Disneyland then a loop down to Texas to see my folks before back to Wyoming.

2008 - Drove from Wyoming with youngest to folks' house near Dallas, and down to Houston and back.

2000 and 2001, drove across the country from Wyoming to visit friends in Tennessee and see the country

1990's, drove from Wyoming to Florida to go to Disneyworld with my family...I was 15 or 16.  Dad drove, but I drove part of the way.

Spain (all over) and the tip of tangiers Africa. Two weeks. ( spainards hate Americans btw. But the poor treatment was worth seeing the cathedrals and palaces.... It was a school tour trip my senior summer. It happened to be the year the Olympics were being held in Barcelona. I still have an unopened coke can advertising the Olympics .... Cheap souvenir !

It was alot of fun ! Little tip, though, don't try to photograph the banks, three automatic weapons were drawn on some terrified 17 yr olds girls! ( yes I was one of them! Lol, our Spanish teacher had to smooth things out.

Yes, it was fine. I believe he told them we were stupid and knew no better, lol at that point, though I didn't care if he insulted us, just as long as we got outta the. We visited a working palace and we were lecture heavily on no pics. That was the bummer, mAny of the most beautiful places, the inside of the cathedrals and palaces we couldn't talk pictures of.
I did procure some Spanish lace for my grandmother who made curtains for her room out of it and they now cover my kitchen window:-)
Tangiers was wierd, I wouldn't recommend going there. Lots of groping at the bazaar and kids would pull a leaf of a tree and try to get you to pay for it.
Just not safe for in escorted women and beggars
