Like MILLIONS of others mine is to lose weight, be more active, get organized....
I actually started on part of the losing weight- I stopped drinking soda pop almost 2 weeks ago & haven't looked back. I started drinking about three 20 ounces bottles of water a day. I should drink more but I'm getting there.
I also want to eat better, more metabolism boosting foods so I'm not as lazy as I have been. And I am going to start walking on my lunch breaks instead of sitting on my butt in the break room!
