I knit or read when I get stressed. But my life is so calm right now, I don't get stressed that often. Only when driving. I had a recent accident and I get very stressed while driving.
by nates-mommyDecember 24, 2012 at 11:25 AMI handle the scramble of life by adding more stuff to do. I am in college full time and maintain a 3.0 at all times at least. I have a 2 yr old son. I do all of the housework, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. I also take care of my grandmother who is disabled and lives on her own.

I walk, do pilates to keep my stress level down.

well .. when im not pregnant its a lot easier .. i can go to the barn and ride a horse or 2 .. but we have been trying to stick to plans for right now .. so things dot get overwhelming for me .. nothing seems to bother anyoneelse but me .. lol ..
