My 4 year old is in preschool, today they sent a letter home saying tomorrow and Friday they can dress up for Funky furry fluffy childrens week (they're learning about the letter "F", I need ideas for some funky hairdo's! My daughter has long hair but it is very thin. I think for her outfit tomorrow I'm going to dress her in a tye dye shirt and bell bottoms jeans with tye dye crocs and mismatched socks. I tried to do a hair-bow in her hair but it is just too thin I can't get it to look right.

You could get those little rubber bands and put a bunch of them in her hair sticking up. Or just leave it down and straight to go with the hippy thing.
