What was your favorite picture book when you were a kid?  How about your favorite childhood chapter book?

I loved the book "The Puppy Who Wanted a Boy" when I was really little.  In terms of chapter books I would say my favorite would be either any Jannette Oak books or Little Woman and Little Men.

My favorite children book was called the keepers. And my favorite chapter book would have to be hmm not sure I have one.

I can't remember the name of the picture book, but it was about colors.  I still have it, somewhere....  My favorite chapter books were the little house on the prairie books, and the ann of green gables books.

Growing up I read all the Babysitters Little Sister books and the Boxcar Children books.

I loved the Ann of Green Gables books!
