Buying a house can be very stressful!

So tonight pending a second walk thru with my son and my dad I am planning on making an offer on ahouse.  Then the whole wait to see if they accept it or counter offer and go from there, and than getting to deal with the bank and hoping everything goes smoothly, I just am not looking forward to it!!  I know in the end I will be happy but getting to that point is something I am definitely not looking forward to!

Yeah its definately not my favorite thing to do.  Lol I love looking at different houses but the whole purchasing thing is such a pain.  You think there would be an easier way lol
