How often do you deep clean your home?

I was serious.
To me "deep" clean means take everything out of the cabinets and closets, shampoo the rug, clean the curtains, etc. I do that a couple of times of year. Regular mopping and dusting is every week.

I totally read that post wrong. I didn't see the "deep" part. So when you said twice a year I was laughing because my first thought was never if I can help it. Lol deep cleaning gets done here about every three months. It is usually hubbs that does that part. I deep purge while he cleans. Lol

Speaking of... I should post a pic of what my side of the bedroom currently looks like. My dresser is full of my skinny clothes and all my fat clothes are in 3 laundry baskets. I keep putting off swapping my clothes out because then ill have to admitt I need to loose weight. Like ASAP. My denial is in overdrive!
