What have your kids learned about FL history in school?

not sure really.. she's in Kindergarten and doesnt talk to us to much about what she does in school

I think in 4th grade the students have a whole unit devoted to the State of Florida. However it does not teach the Black influence nor the Hispanic influence other than Ponce DeLeon.
