The next time you get a cold or flu. Try drinking as much of this as possible, and add as much Turmeric as you can stand.
Coffe cup of chicken broth, or veggie broth to taste
As much ground organic turmeric as you can stand, and 2 tbs of tarragon. I add more Tarragon. The more of that I add the more Turmeric I can add. :-).
Boil the water and pour over broth cubes, and spices. Let steep 2 minutes and drink.
You can also use pre made broth. Just don't ever put the spices in the microwave or boil them.
