Sometimes it is really good and others it is not so much. I wouldn't say it is bad, it is just lazy. I try to be mindful when I stand to stant straight. When I sit, however, I just want to be comfortable so if I am sitting on the couch or reading in bed I don't worry about sitting straight.

Pretty good. Whenever I slouch I can hear the ballet instructor I had as a little girl telling the class to stand straight!

When I was younger it was very good (even had teachers tell my parents. LOL)  Unfortunately, the longer I work a desk job the worse it has become. I am trying to become consious of it again to be a good example for my daughter.

i try really hard to make sure i'm stand up straight when walking or just standing talking to someone.  when i'm sitting, i don't really think about it. same when i'm doing the dishes or at the kitchen counter cooking.

Horrible! I had 9 pounds of breast tissue removed 2 years ago and I am still really slumped over from being so big. I also have no abs from being out of shape and having 2 babies. So I pretty much sit in a slump all day.
