I love breakfast! Yogurt, granola, dried fruits and nuts; bread wtih nut butters and honey and jam; muffins with nut butter; fruits; green monsters; pancakes; cereal; roasted kabocha with chocolate and nuts.... DROOL.
One of our favorites I make is a Tex-Mex Chicken Caesar salad. It is a Racheal Ray recipe. It is so filling and good. My hubby didn't really like salads for dinner, until this one. Now, he eats more salads.
