 What is on your Thanksgiving Menu?

For thanksgiving day we are having a roast with potatos, carrots and onions, Not sure what sides.  The day after thanksgiiving we are going to my inlaws and my mil is making turkey, stuffing, sweet potatos, and other things. My husband has to work Thanksgiving night so we are celebrating a day late

turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberries, rolls, pumpkin spice cake.

thankfully I will not be cooking. This is best for everyone. lol

Honey glazed ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, two kinds of stuffing, home made rolls, green bean casserole, baked sweet potatoes with marshmallow crust, brussel sprouts sauteed in butter garlic and herbs, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, custard pie, pecan pie. My mother, grandmother and myself do all the cooking together at my mothers house for the whole family. Best time of the year and I can hardly wait:)

I will make:

Sweet potato casserole (with marshmallows of course!)

Baked ham

My sister in law will make:

Herb spiced turkey

Collard Greens seasoned with smoked turkey

Ziti or Lasagna

Stuffed Mushrooms (maybe)

Some kind of rice dish (usually)

My niece will make:

Fried chicken

My daughter in law will make:

Oreo cookie pie and pumpkin roll

Then we will go to my other brother in laws and I don't know what I'm taking over there.

Since it is just the 4 of us this year we are keeping it small. Turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans w/bacon, rolls, cranberry sauce and stuffing.

I will be making brocoli,mash potatoes,stuffing,vegetable lasagna, and a roasted chicken a big one.For dessert apple pie&icecream,cheesecake and pumpkin cookies.
