Turkey, Ham or Lamb for Christmas dinner?

We have Christmas dinner at my inlaws and we always have a turkey & a ham.

For a long time, we had just ham for our big family Christmas.  However, one of my cousins married a Jewish guy, and we started serving a turkey and a ham.  I was so relieved because I'm not particularly fond of ham.  I don't know what will be served in the future, though, because that cousin is in the process of divorcing her husband.

At home, I make chicken tamales.  I've only done it twice (last Christmas and around Easter), but I enjoy them enough that they're becoming a new tradition.
