How far in advance do you plan your menu?

Depends on who I cook for. My second mom makes the same every year for thanksgiving so the first week she gets out her list than she starts calling to.see who is coming then she makes her grocery list.

I like to plan them weeks in advance but it always seem like I never get to it until the week before.
