Inside the Kitchen
My son is 21 mos. and is really picky about his foods. He's basically a carb and steak boy loving macaroni/pasta, fries, beans, cereal, and filet mignon. He also loves cheese and veggies and fruits like cucumber, tomoto, grapes and apples. I'm just running out of ideas on how to put these things together. He goes to daycare and there seem to be a lot of carbs on their menu so in the mornings I give him a bit of organic sausage and fruit or organic yogurt and try to give him healthy meats and veggies with some carbs in the evenings, but so often he just won't eat them.
