    Hi,

My name is Paige, I am a stay at home single Mom of many, was lucky enough to have a mother who was a professional cheif and pastry maker, cake decorator..... Yes I have a waist line <smiles> Sadly she passed a way a couple yrs ago and although I miss her dearly, my eldest daughter has taken her place in my kitchen! Love to cook is putting it mildly... I wish I could take all the credit for her talants, but truley just taght her the basics and little things my mother taught me and she  took it to the next level and MORE..... I am so blessed

I dabble in cooking but I do not have schooling or training in it. I hope to learn new things and also help give hints for people on desserts of all sorts.
