Does anyone else see problems with employer-based insurance coverage? Couldn't all of this mess be solved with a single payer system?
Do those of you who support the rights of the business over that of the employees support a single payer system that would solve this problem by removing it from the employer's hands?

I doubt anyone values HL's rights "over" the rights of the employees. Some us value the rights of both, therefore we support HL in their stance. No one has a "right" to free contraception. That would literally be impossible. Neither HL nor their employees should be forced to participate in mortal sin. A single payer plan would then force all citizens to participate in and pay for other people's grave sins. I can't see how this could be a solution. -
Way more trouble with single payer system. We have better checks and balances without having a bureaucracy in charge of every single aspect. Kind of like having three branches of government provides more checks and balances than one.
Why would liberals want to put the entire healthcare industry out of business? Millions more lost jobs. Less tax revenue. And then shortly, we would have yet more of our lovely expensive government workers - who work for us - but at higher pay and more lavish benefits than WE THE PEOPLE who pay their salary. (And who don't have to be under Obamacare because they are the government - Can you believe it?? ALL GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE UNDER OBAMACARE, so they can experience it along with the rest of us. That would be the most fair and equal thing to do.
