How Do You Stop Your Toddler From Being So Touchy-Feely While They're Drinking Milk?

My son is so touchy-feely with me while he drinks his milk. I nursed him for 20 months and during the hospital stay after we had him, the nurses stressed "skin to skin." Now that he's going on 3 years old, whenever he's drinking his milk he wants me sitting right next to him. And he demands that I either be wearing short sleeves or a tank top so he dig under my arms while he's drinking his milk. He doesn't act this way while drinking juice or eating food, just while he drinks his milk. I tried to stop him from doing it, but is is so difficult. Help!!!
