mineral eyeshadow for the actual color, but I do use cream eyeshadow for a base for the mineral eyeshadow to stick on better.

Between those two it would be cream but I only wear it sometimes since they tend to crease on me even with primer.  Loose mineral shadows  are way to messy and I tend to get a lot of fallout from them.

Mineral but I do put creams on,I don't feel the cream lasts as long.

Mineral, but I have never used cream eye shadow before. I tend to mainly use pressed powder shadows for the most part right now.
