Why did we only get two weeks of Fall before Winter appeared?!? Did this happen to any of you guys?

Summer extended way into Fall territory. I'm not surprised by the sudden Wintry turn, but then I live in STL. We have a saying here: If you don't like the weather, wait a minute.

Indeed!
SW Idaho weather the last five years has gone like this: Spring (march through early June) non-stop rain (or snow ~ yes, even in June) and unseasonably cold temps. Then, mid june will be moderately temped for a week. The end of June through mid October will be hotter then hell. Without a single drop of rain! Mid October-November will be moderately temped, still no rain though. December and January will be dry with an artic chill. Febuary will snow and will be cold.
Anyway, it is still hot here. And dry... so, so dry. Not a drop of rain for 4 months.

Its still fall-ish here. Cold at night, 70s during the day. We finally are supposed to get SOME rain Friday. Whooo hoo. -
This week its in the 90s but the weekend is supposed to drop to low 70s because of a storm coming in. things seem to be right on track if it remains in the70s past thanksgiving. :) be jealous, ill be swimming on black friday after my shopping is done! Lol
