Yes, we have a Christmas Breakfast and our boss buys each of us a gift, and we exchange our Secret Santa gifts. Then we have our Christmas Party and we receive our bonus.

I typically get some gift. It's a nice gesture.
Some company branded items are kind of cool but wearable branded items are not really a gift in my mind. Not a Christmas gift anyway.
